Cant Connect to Server!!!!

sorry guyz but im a newbie...

ive downloaded the client of RAN in ran.com.my after downloading it..

ive install it to my PC then Ive donwloaded again the patch for RAN Destiny

after Ive downloaded it Ive extracted the files to the RAN Folder(en)

then...

Ive clicked the DestinyOnline.exe then

Trying to Connect[1].....
Trying to Connect[2].....
Trying to Connect[3].....
Trying to Connect[4].....
Trying to Connect[5].....

Then Unable to Connect....

Guyz can u help me with my problems here...

ASAP!!!! I want to play
