HEY THERE.. im really new to ran destiny..i havent played ran philippines or malaysia server.. so ive one question... i have the skill points but i need scrolls for me to be able to use them right? ive tried every combat section but cant find not even one scroll... help me with these pls...

scrolls?...u mean the book skills?... what class are you in...if you are in combat section...etc... just try talk to the teacher...and then got the dialog...on the top of the dialog got three..err..what u call that?...wait il post u picture...hope its useful...
