Question about Destiny Server

To those who concern to help.

I really wish to know more about this server, before i start creating account and play.
Yes. I'm new to this game as well as this private server. I wish someone could guide me anyway if you do not mind.

This's the question.

The max level is 200?
- can it be reborn?
- what does reborn do? reset level and keep all the stat?

Is there any fail rate to refine items?

Auto lvl 100
Auto upgrade to lvl 185 when player reach lvl 150
Auto Ranking update

i dont know about the max lvl but it seems when u be lvl 185 is hard to lvl

reborn means u go back to lvl 100 and get extra 300 stats points and the skills will be gone so u have to start again.

well there's a way to get better success rate on refining item
life points is the part of it the higher your life points is the better the success rate on refining the armor or a weapon.

I'm glad that i choose destiny. The game play is not bad.
However [/b]GMs are not friendly, hyper Lags in peaks time[b]. Yeah, of cause we could not compare to offical server, but this is not a normal lag and if server could not receive so many players, why open for registration?

Anyway i don think server will last long, if things is not going to be improved.
