Dex ec? I just know only got int or pow ec coz the skill stat only requested us to add pow or int. For the Destiny V2, I think u can build attack + int ec.

its better do have int bcuz u learn twice as many skill u can atk and be support bcuz unlimted skills if u where atk u are strong and more hp but u dont get pt as often but many pts need ec always do... and just pump 50 vit to ur ec since ec got many extra int later wen u reborn can b pow and add some dex so u can lure
