Connection Problems-Error Report Question

I was just in the game in less than 30min ago I log out to do something and when i try and reconnect its keeps sayin :

Trying to Connect

and this just txt error log came up

I already uninstalled this and reinstalled this a couple of times and re-apply the Destiny Patch but no deal.
Is the server under maintenace or down?
Just wonderin so I dont have to keep tryin to reinstall this.
