Computer Room Control Authority will be owned by winning club until next war.
With the authority on hand, one club will be able to set the tax rate, between 0 – 50% (normal is 5%).
When Club Master validating the transaction fees, a notification will be sent to others Computer Room owner.
When war is started, tax rates at all areas are set to 5%, including College Square.



Battling Strategy


When a club has been established, there must be a leader who issue commands. Without having a leader, different opinions from club members could lead to chaos. So, everyone must listen to the Club Master, and the Club Master must observe the battlefield.

Range attack might determine the result of a war.

Defense:

Spiritual Bow is both important in defending and attacking. With wide area attack towards 9 people, although attacking power is not have, but having 4-5 Spiritual Bow attack at the same time could cause a massive damage. Support Magician is not to omit. If the Computer Room has 3 groups with 24 people, 3 Magicians, 5 Spiritual Bow, 2 Spiritual Fist, 2 Power Bow and 12 from other sections being the last defense, the formation will be difficult to break. When Qigong Section and Bow Section can focus their attack from distance, the opponent will take a large damage. Due to the limited space and small sections available in the war zone, and if Bow Section can guard these sections, then it is a big advantage towards defender.

If there is enough people, it is recommended to guard the 3 staircases.

The sequence of targeting in Computer Room:
Club Master > Supportive Magicians > Spiritual Bow > Alacrity Bow

Attack:
In a club, only the Club Master and Assistant Club Master can perform authentication process, so they are recommended to get together in a group. It is recommended too to have at least 6 magician who have heal magic. Because when The Club Master is doing authentication process, for sure he will receive large amount of attack, and the magicians must help him to survive the attack. Of course, it is best to have Alacrity Sword or Spiritual Sword section as Guild Leader of Assistant. Having high HP and armor, the chance of survival is higher. When enter into massive war, try to keep the formation of the team, focus the attacking point, kill the healer first, and make the opponent lost their backup. On the other hand, using the advantages of the terrain, go and block the warp door, attack opponents backup once they arrive, and cover teammate who just came in. As long as you can guard the warp door, you are almost undefeatable. At the mean time, the Club Master can take his time to complete the authentication process.

Targeting sequence of sieging the Computer Room:
Supportive Magician > Spiritual Bow > Power Bow > Spiritual Fist
