| how sure are u tt ur a/c has been registered?
hv u checked the registered a/cs list?
if (no) go check it;
else if (yes)
{
does ur a/c appear on the list? ;
if (yes) pls refer to admin for the prob;
else if (no)
{
ur a/c is not registered yet;
email again to register;
}
