waaaaaaaa why cant i connect i have an error help plz

waaaaaa when i play the launcher there is an error that will pop it will display

Trying to connection.... 5 sec[1/5]

Trying to connection.... 1 sec[1/5]
Connecting to server failed.over the max connection time
Unable to connect to server.


what is this error help me plz
