some errors

hey i am new here i got the Ran online(en) and patched with DestinyOnline but when i run the game it pop up a error like this:

when i click on ok than pop up another error like this:

i hope someone can help me and the register page dont work, i have readed that there is some problem but anyone know when it will fixed ?

im new to dis game never played it before i hav downloaded the game but wen i go in the oflder and click on the game file it says this application has failed to start because d3dx9_26.dll was not found. reinstalling the application may fix this problem but i tried reinstaling still it did not work wat do i do
