trans card can't be use

yesterday I got a trans card form fine gift box...but somehow I can't use it...why?

suppose when u put the trans card on ur inventory then your friend list there should be showing "warp" in order for you to tele to your fren..but how come i can't use my trans card? it doesn't show "warp" in my fren list and I am sure that trans card is not expired
