Admin please help me on this....

mr. admin please help me in registering an account ..... i cant register... i dont know why..... when i click on the register on the main page........... it seems that its ok... but when im submitting my information... it always says that... "Page cannot be displayed".... What should i do on that problem ..... Admin please help me on this.... PLEASE ADMIN... A.S.A.P.
