I NEED HELP SOMEONE HELP ME SO I CAN PLAY DESTINY !!!!!

OK i downloaded the Ran(en) from the website then i installed and up date it and then i downloaded the fileplanet DestinyOnline.rar i then extracted it into my Ran folder but when i click on the launcher file it says:

Trying to connect..5
Trying to connect..4
Trying to connect..3
Trying to connect..2
Trying to connect..1
Connecting server failed. over max connection time.
Unable to connect.

and then i tried the DestinyOnline launcher and it said the same thing....can anyone help me out with this predicament. Sad

server down.. ^^

juz extract the rar files into new folder... then copy the "param.cfg" file into the ran(en) to replace your old param files.............
