WHAT IS THE SERVER'S I.P. ADDRESS? i cant seem to connect

i tried using
60.51.68.105[the one saved in it]
202.75.57.51[the new one]

but i still cant connect..

anybody knows the new address? or is there something i did wrong?

i tried reinstalling the whole client and the destiny client then its still the same

is there a prob bout the server now?
